Reflections on Carrie Ann Jennings
Carrie Ann Jennings was 68 years old on July 26th, 2022 when she transitioned.
She became a member of the Baha’i faith which her parents were members of.
Ann married Gregory Thomas Graham in 1975. The marriage produced two offsprings, Melanie Graham, daughter and Gregory Thomas Graham, Jr. son. One is still living, the son.
Ann married Melvin Jennings of Fort Worth, Texas in 2003. No offsprings were produced from the marriage. She was the love of his life
Ann is survived by all five sisters and brothers; James Edward Gray, Betty Jean Gray Shaw, Taft Columbus Gray III, Cornilus Mark Gray, and Zepherine Deloris Gray.
Ann is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild; TaBroderick Young (grandchild), Euraiya Fuller (grandchild), Tyrin Lynn (grandchild), and Jayden Young (great grandchild). There are a host of surviving relatives and friends.
Ann was a woman who loved herself and her life. She was an independent soul and very spiritual. Her working career found her employed at an Insurance company, Bell Telephone and IBM. She later retired from corporate life and became a massage and colon therapist. She loved being outdoors tending her gardens, flowers and feathered friends. Like her father she loved talking to people about anything and everything.
