Katie Clark

Cathleen Grace Clark (Driggers) or lovingly known as, Katie, was born on September 03, 1981 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Richard and Cynthia Clark (Pantle), passed away on January 11, 2025 in Emory, Texas. A beloved figure in the lives of many, Katie was known for her infectious personality and unwavering kindness. Recognized for her competitive spirit, bubbly demeanor, and meticulous organizational skills, all of which contributed to her unique charm.

Katie had an innate ability to connect with those around her, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. She was cherished by many for her selflessness, always putting the needs of others above her own. Her genuine warmth and humor made her a joy to be around, and she possessed a talent for making even the simplest moments memorable.

Throughout her life, Katie pursued a variety of interests and hobbies with enthusiasm and great skill. Her passion for sports was evident in her love for baseball/softball, she was coached by her dad in her younger days; archery, bowling, and mini-golf. Additionally, she enjoyed a competitive game of cards and horseback riding. A truly crafty individual, she delighted in creating and making things.

However, her proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren, who were a source of immense joy and pride for her. Katie's dedication to them was unparalleled. She was the best and most loving grandmother. 

Katie's legacy will remain in the memories of those fortunate enough to have known her—a testament to her remarkable spirit and the love she shared with the world. She will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.

Katie is survived by her daughter, Cindy Cahalan and Mark Campbell Jr.; son, Brandon Covell; grandchildren, Lyla Campbell and Elijah Campbell; sister, Bella Forrister (Kelli Clark); brothers, Richard Clark and Ryan Clark.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Cynthia Clark.

There will be a memorial service at Wilson-Orwosky Chapel for Katie on Friday, the 24th of January at 3pm, with a visitation beginning at 2pm.
