Earnestine Hamilton

Funeral service for Earnestine Rebecca Hamilton, age 91, of Mesquite, formerly of Emory, will be held Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014, 2:00 pm, at Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Emory City Cemetery. Visitation will be at 1:00 pm, one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Hamilton died, Sunday afternoon, at Cambridge Court Assisted Living in Mesquite.
She was born March 18, 1923, in Manchester, to Elonzo and Hazel Martin Greer.
Later, she married Floyd Hamilton, in Paris.
She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Emory.
Survivors include:
1 daughter: Janie Harris (Ottis) of Mesquite
Grandchildren: Ben Allen Caudle, Christie Wright, Jason Bradley Harris, and Matthew Harris
Great-grandchild: Kaci Johnson
She was preceded in death by: parents, 1 son, Jimmy Allen Caudle in 1994; husband, Floyd Hamilton in 2006, 4 sisters and 2 brothers
