Funeral service for Edward Wilson
Caughron, 77, of Emory, will be held Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2013, at 1:00 pm, at
Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in Emory City Cemetery. Visitation will be at 12:00 pm, one hour prior to funeral service.
Mr. Caughron died unexpectedly Thursday night at Mother Frances Hospital in Winnsboro.
He was born Dec. 1, 1936, in Whitney, to Hobert Wilson and Eunice Irene Pinnell Caughron.
He married Peggy Sue Langford in Cleburn, on June 25, 1956. She preceded him in death in 2011.
Mr. Caughron served in the Air Force.
He worked most of his life for the Dallas Morning News, working in the state circulation department during his last years there.

Daughter: Terry Glover (Ken) of Bedford;
Grandson: Derek Glover (Ashley) of Lewisville;
Granddaughter: Chelsea Devin Harris (Peyton) of North Richland Hills;
Brother: Glenn Caughron (Regina) of North Richland Hills;
Sisters: Mindia Sue Seay (Ricky) of Morgan; and Amber Gail Deaton of Burleson;
Sisters-in-law: Dian Caughron of
Cransvills Gap; and
Diane Caughron of Alba;
Great-grandchildren: Keira and Addison Glover
