Gerald Dean Kirkpatrick, age 80, of Emory, passed away Sunday,
Jan. 21st, at his residence. He was born July 5, 1937, in Emory,
to Ennis Nolan and Lela Morrow Kirkpatrick.
He married Donna Asbill, in Emory, on June 22, 1956.
Gerald worked as a machinist for Walker McDonald Manufacturing Co. in Greenville, for some 40 years, before retiring in 1999.
Gerald loved hunting, fishing and tending to his cows. But what he loved the most was his wife and family. Whether it was singing with his brothers and sisters, enjoying a game of 42, or playing with his grandkids, time with his family meant the most to him.
