Johnnye led a remarkable life filled with passion and dedication. She ran a cherished country western store named Johnnye's Western Wear for several years before it closed and deciding to help her husband in painting and renovating homes—a true testament to her hard work and resilience.

Johnnye found pure joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a love for the outdoors - gardening with her husband, Richard, fishing in her brothers ponds (she always wanted to catch the most fish) and replanting just about everything. Her marriage of 28 years to Richard nurtured a loving relationship that inspired all those around them.

In the face of adversity, Johnnye remained a pillar of strength. Her warm personality endeared her to everyone she met, leaving an everlasting impact on their lives. She was adored by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Surrounded by her loved ones in Emory, TX, Johnnye peacefully passed away into eternity. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her surviving family and friends who cherished her dearly. She is survived by her loving husband, Richard Easley, daughters; Carla Lipe and husband Joel, and Dana Rains, son Shannon White, bonus kids; Paul Easley and wife Julie and Kristi Boone and husband Shannon, 15 grand kids, 3 great grand kids, and 1 great grandchild on the way, brothers; Gary McAree and wife Dolores and Stanley McAree.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, J.V. White, her sister in laws Elaine McAree and Darlene Calhoun, and great friend, Mary Helen.

Johnnye Easley will forever remain etched in our memories as a beacon of love and strength. May she rest in peace knowing she was loved by many and left an indelible mark on this world.
