Justin, a beloved son, father, and friend, passed away on May, 2024 leaving behind a legacy of courage, love, and determination. Born on August 29, 1995, Greenville, TX, Justin's journey in this world was filled with remarkable experiences and profound connections.
After pursuing some college education, Justin chose to serve his country by joining the Marines as a supply chain management specialist. During his 7 years of military service, he received numerous awards for his dedication and commitment. His time in the Marines allowed him to travel the world, with Japan having a special place in his heart. Justin embraced the diverse cultures and experiences he encountered during his service.
Beyond his military career, Justin was eagerly looking forward to starting a new chapter by pursuing higher education at A&M Commerce. His dream was to become a kinesiologist specializing in basketball players. His passion for basketball extended beyond his aspirations as he found solace and joy in playing the sport.
Remembered as a tech-savvy individual who could tackle challenges with ease, Justin's prowess even extended to protecting his loved ones from potential threats. His quick thinking and skills were evident when he thwarted a hacker attempting to steal from his father.
In his leisure time, Justin enjoyed golfing and visiting Top Golf centers. An enthusiast of outdoor activities, he delighted in crawdad fishing after rainfall and would cook them for his family to enjoy – showcasing not only his culinary skills but also his generous spirit.
Justin's warm and loving personality made him a joy to be around. He treasured the moments spent with his family and friends who meant the world to him. His proudest accomplishment was becoming a devoted father to his son Travis; every action he took was motivated by love for his child.
Justin leaves behind his son, Travis Pellam (T-Boogie), parents, Larry and Sharon Pellam, brother Shane Pellam (Shayla Reed), nephews, Geovanni and Camden Pellam, cousin and bestfriends Jamie Lee Roden and husband David, and the best dog ever, Vader.
As we reflect on Justin's life, we celebrate the joy he brought into our lives and the love he shared unconditionally. While we mourn the loss of such a remarkable individual, we find comfort in knowing that his memory will live on through the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
