Katherine Waldrop

Katherine Virginia Waldrop, 87, of Emory, passed away Saturday, in Baylor Health Care System in Dallas.
She was born Feb. 18, 1930, to Henry Andrew and Easter Ely Bryant.
Later she married Joe Allen Waldrop in Greenville on Nov. 15, 1945.
They were married some 71 years.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
She loved to garden vegetables, as well as, beautiful flowers.
Survivors include: Virginia McLeroy (Don)of Emory; Donna Dunn (Buddy) of Yantis; Beverly Gaston (Bill) of Point; Rhonda Porter (Wesley) of Brenham; and Elizabeth DuCharme (Danny) of Johns Town, CO;
Son: Joe Waldrop (Dixie) of Boling;
Sisters: Joy Horrocks; Evelyn Paddock; Shirley Norris; and Helen Barker;
Grandchildren: 15;
Great-Grandchildren: 26;
Great-great-grandchildren: 4;
