Lawanda Muñoz

Lawanda Sue Muñoz, age 73, of Emory, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018, at Hospice of East Texas in Tyler. Lawanda was born on June 18, 1945, in Emory to the parentage of Cecil Ernest and Lawanda Cozzet Edgar Gordon.

Survivors include: 3 Sons: Buddy Ray Cochrane of Palestine, William Toby Sorrells of Canton, and Juan Jose Muñoz of Emory; 6 Daughters: Tina Fay Robertson of Rock Springs, WY, Tammy Kay Cochrane of Windfield, Suzie Ann Muñoz of Mt. Pleasant, Kathy Mae Muñoz of Emory, Robin Gail Muñoz Thornton of Bryan, Shauna Rae Muñoz of Emory; 2 Sisters: Dorothy Mae McNeese of Greenville and Ruby Ann Ruiz of Windfield; 1 Brother: Charles Ernest Gordon of Emory; Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren; a Host of other loving family and friends.

Preceded in death by: Parents; 2 Brothers: Lloyd Ray "Bud" Gordon and Robert Dale Gordon; and 1 Sister: Barbara Ann Gordon
