Funeral services for Mary Helen Luckett-Keath, age 79, of Emory, will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 2:30. Service will be held at Wilson-Orwosky Chapel with a visitation one-hour prior beginning at 1:30.
Mary Helen was born December 27, 1943, to Raymond Curtis Spencer Sr. and Dovie Thompson Spencer in Point, Texas. She retired from People's Telephone. She married James Luckett on August 13, 1961. After his passing, she married Bill Keath on February 14, 2015. She was a member of League Street Church of Christ in Sulphur Springs and Good Samaritans in Emory.
She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” A. Keath; daughters, Pam Fenter and husband Danny, Carla Bradshaw and husband Paul; granddaughters, Ashley Savell and husband Greg, Morgan Johnson and husband Kiefer, Chelsey Warrington and husband Wes, Katelyn Tyler and husband Clay; grandson, Colby Fenter; great-grandsons, Dylan Fenter, Colton Ferrell, Mason Johnson, Connor Tyler, Maverick Tyler, Beau Warrington; sister, Barbara Seay and husband Gary; brother, Raymond Spencer; And a host of nieces, nephews, church family and other friends that loved her.
Mary Helen is preceded in death by her parents, and first husband, James Luckett.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Tara and Cypress Basin hospice for all the care that was given.
A memorial request can be made to American Breast Cancer Society in Mary Helen’s name.
