Terry Mattson

Terry Manuel Mattson passed away in the presence of God on Monday, September 28, 2020.  His career spanned many companies in the aerospace industry, including over 25 years at Boeing.  God loving husband, father, grandfather, son and friend who loved fishing, the Dallas Stars, woodworking, and most of all quality family time.  He is survived by his wife Becky of 41 years; son Daniel and wife Kim, daughter Jessica and husband Jeff; mother Carol and husband George, stepmother Kathy; brother and friend Rick and wife Cindy, sister Laura and husband Dave, sister Tammy and husband Paul, sister Dawn, and brother Tim; grandchildren Cameron, Jack, Tyler, Michael, and Jeffrey; and Godchildren Chris and Kirsten.  He is preceded in death by his father Richard, brother Timmy, and loving grandparents Manuel and Margaret.

Terry’s final wish is to thank the people God placed in his path to mold him into the man he became.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM Saturday, October 3 at Shannon Oaks Church of Sulphur Springs, 1113 Shannon Rd E.  Please contact Becky for virtual service information.
