Thomas Duane Dill

Thomas Duane Dill, known to his loved ones as Tom, passed away on October 9th, 2023, in Greenville, Texas, at the age of 55. Tom was born on June 25th, 1968, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a hard worker who excelled in masonry work, taking pride in every task he undertook, no matter how big or small.

Tom is survived by his Fiancé/girlfriend Eva Duncan, brother, Andrew Jackson Love, and his sisters Ruth  Bujnovsky, Renee Curtis, and Elizabeth Loverink. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Jean Smith.

In his free time, Tom enjoyed following the Texas Rangers Baseball and the Dallas Cowboys Football teams. He was a devoted fan and found great joy in supporting his favorite sports teams.

Tom had a number of sayings. Everyone’s favorite was  “be yourself because everyone else is taken”.

God revealed His love and faithfulness through Eva, Tom’s partner and significant other, in how He blessed the latter part of their lives-together, as one in Him. Tom was raised in and attended Christ Gospel Church.

Titus 3:7 says that being justified by “His”- (God’s) grace, we should be made heir’s according to the hope of eternal life. Tom’s love for the Lord and others is evidence of this “eternal hope and life”.
