Vesta Lorine Wear Robison, 82, of Emory passed away on December 15, 2020. Lorine was born July 30, 1938 in Lamar County, Texas to Arthur and Ellie (Montgomery) Wear. She married Maxie Robison on December 30, 1957 in Houston, Texas.
She is survived by her Daughter – Shandra McIntosh and husband Jerry of Farwell, Texas; Son – Phillip Robison and wife Glenda of Quinlan, Texas; Daughter – Renee Hickman and husband BL of Emory, Texas; Daughter – Tammy Wilson and husband Scott of Waldron, Arkansas; Son – Michael Robison and wife Lisa of Copperas Cove, Texas. 20 Grandchildren: Kasey Zimmerman, Shannon Collier, Jennifer Snider, Phillip Robison Jr., Kyle Robison, Heather Willson, Stacy Gentry, Dwayne Horton, Darrin Horton, James Horton, Danyelle Juarez, Leanne Glidewell, Burie Hickman Jr., David Hickman, Jon Robison, Carla Rios, Luke Meybaum, McKenzie Robison, Camden Robison, Cash Robison. 36 Great-grandchildren: Conner Johnson, Tanner Johnson, Shelby Collier, Kaitlin Collier, Jordan Sawatzki, Kyler Snider, Leigha Robison, Kaedence Robison, Alyssa Robison, Nicholas Robison, Haylee Robison, Hayden Robison, Andrew Willson, Seth Willson, Silas Willson, RT Gentry, D’Kota Hickman, Thomas Gentry, LD Horton, Anna Horton, Caleb Duvall, Joshua Cannon, Sofia Juarez, CJ Juarez, Antonio Juarez, Gracie Glidewell, JD Glidewell, Colton Glidewell, Jacob Hickman, Christopher Hickman, Lukas Hickman, David Hickman Jr., Shasta Hickman, McKenna Smith, Gabriel Rios, Chloe Rios; 5 Great-great grandchildren: Susie Gentry, Jaylynn Gentry, Karson Kent, Christopher Hickman Jr, Kaleigh Hickman, Aubrey Glidewell; Sisters: Debbie Hornsby of Ingalls, Kansas; Melba Johnson of Kilgore, Texas, Kathryn Wells of Carthage, Texas. Lorine is preceded in death by her husband, parents, Sister: Florence Wells, Brothers: Glendon Wear and Elmer Wear.
She graduated from Dimmitt High School in 1957. She retired from GTE Telephone in 1996. She enjoyed being a member of the Pioneers Club with the telephone company as well as being the President of the Pioneers Club. She enjoyed reading, sewing, crafts and spending time with her family and friends, as well as going to the Good Samaritans in Emory.
